1. Q: After I download I try to open the zip file and it tells me that it is corrupt and invalid, why can't I download it?
A: ISPs are offering less reliable service these days, no matter how fast your internet is you may need to use a download manager. I recommend doing the following below.

1. install firefox browser. http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/
2. install the plugin called "downloadthemall". https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/201
3. Open your email that has the link to download, click the link, your page should open up in Firefox,
4. Right click the download button and choose Save the link with Downthemall.
2. Q: I have Dialup internet, can I still download?
A: It all depends on what type of file your are trying to download and how big it is, but definitely you will need to use the instructions in listed in question 1.
3. Q: How do I know if this site is legit and won't steal my CC info?
